These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") establish a legally binding agreement between SR TECH BIM SOLUTION LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") and you ("Client," "you," or "your"). They govern all interactions, service engagements, and use of our website, ensuring both parties understand their rights, responsibilities, and obligations.

The purpose of these Terms is to create transparency in how we work together, outline the rules for using our services, and clarify expectations for both parties. By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

We recognize that every client relationship is built on mutual trust, respect, and clear communication. These Terms are designed to protect both your interests and ours, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, payments are processed fairly, confidential information is safeguarded, and disputes — if they arise — can be resolved in an orderly and lawful manner.

• Company: SR TECH BIM SOLUTION LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
• Client: Any person, business, or organization requesting or receiving our services.
• Services: All work provided by SR TECH BIM SOLUTION LLC as agreed in writing or electronically, including but not limited to BIM coordination, VDC services, shop drawings, 3D/4D modeling, clash detection, and as-built documentation.
• Website: The official website www.srtechbim.com owned and managed by SR TECH BIM SOLUTION LLC.
• Deliverables: All BIM models, drawings, reports, and other materials produced by us in performance of the Services.

SR TECH BIM SOLUTION LLC provides professional BIM and VDC engineering services as described in our proposals, contracts, or service agreements. The exact scope will be detailed in a written agreement before work begins.

We reserve the right to refuse services for any project that violates laws, regulations, or ethical guidelines, or that falls outside our area of professional expertise.

• Work will begin only after a signed agreement or written confirmation is received.
• Project timelines, milestones, and deliverables will be clearly outlined in the agreement.
• Any changes to the scope of work may result in revised timelines and additional costs, documented through formal change orders.
• All deliverable formats, LOD requirements, and software platforms will be specified in the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

To ensure smooth project execution, the Client must:

• Provide complete and accurate information in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly to communications and requests for approval.
• Comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to the project.
• Furnish all necessary drawings, specifications, and reference materials required for BIM model development.
• Designate a single point of contact authorized to make decisions on the Client's behalf.

• Service fees will be stated in the written agreement or invoice.
• Payments are due as per the agreed schedule, using approved payment methods.
• Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services until payment is made.
• All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We treat all Client information as strictly confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Both parties agree not to disclose sensitive information without prior written consent, unless required by law.

Given that our work often involves industrial facilities, semiconductor manufacturing, gigafactories, and mission-critical infrastructure, we maintain heightened confidentiality protocols and are willing to sign project-specific Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) when required.

• All intellectual property created during the project — including BIM models, shop drawings, and engineering deliverables — will be owned by the Client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
• The Company retains the right to use non-confidential, non-identifiable project materials for portfolio or marketing purposes, unless prohibited by the Client in writing.
• Pre-existing intellectual property, including custom Revit families, templates, and proprietary workflows, remains the property of SR TECH BIM SOLUTION LLC.

• SR TECH BIM SOLUTION LLC will make every effort to deliver services with accuracy and professionalism.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific project.
• BIM models and deliverables are tools to support construction — final responsibility for design intent, code compliance, and constructability rests with the licensed design professionals of record.

• Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice.
• The Client will be responsible for all work completed up to the date of termination.
• Upon termination, both parties must return any confidential materials belonging to the other party.
• SR TECH BIM SOLUTION LLC reserves the right to suspend services in cases of non-payment or material breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes through direct negotiation before pursuing legal action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Material changes affecting active engagements will be communicated directly to the Client in writing.
